Lighting
This is my favorite picture throughout the process. The lego characters are placed as if one is trying to hurt the other. I love how the red lighting corresponds and increases the tension of the scene.

REFLECTION
The original walk gave me the most information, and a strong base/ topic that I need to follow along. The walk did not give me a clear idea about what I am going to create or what material I would use; however, it set the main theme for my final creation, the soul of nature. I came up with this theme as I saw a mask hanging on a tall tree, as if it is the actual face of the tree. It reminds me of “Mother Nature”, who tends to have a kind, forgiving soul and holds the responsibility to protect nature. I was also inspired by “The Enchanted Rose” in “Beauty and the Beast”, and the creative perspective from an artist named Claude Monet towards nature. Lantern was not my first choice for my final result, I was originally going to create a small green landscape 3D art on a hard cardboard, representing what I saw in the backfield.
